Jack Bell

Jack Bell is a 1970 graduate of Conway High School and co-captain of the 1969 Wampus Cat football team. After graduating from Hendrix College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and the University of Central Arkansas with a master’s degree, he was the school psychologist at Conway Public Schools for 31 years. After his retirement, he was chief of staff for Mayors Tab Townsell and Bart Castleberry for approximately 15 years and served at different times as Director of the City of Conway Sanitation Department and Director of the City of Conway Regional Airport. He is the founder of the Boys and Girls Club of Faulkner County and has served on numerous boards for various organizations thru the years. He currently serves on the UCA Alumni Board, the United Way Board, the UCA Purple Circle Board, the Reynolds Community Council, and the First Security Bank Board of Directors. Jack and his wife Ginny have three children and six grandchildren.
