Sheneka Bryant is a paraprofessional who serves students with reading difficulties. She goes above and beyond what is expected of any educator to build relationships with her students, set high expectations for them, find unique ways to motivate them, and communicate regularly with their families to promote their continued learning at home and report their progress. Because of Ms. Bryant’s consistent and dedicated efforts in all aspects of her teaching, the impacts she makes upon students’ learning and achievement is great. My son has made a year and a half of growth in reading in only one half of a year through her coordinated efforts with his reading teacher.
